Is Implantation Bleeding With No Periods, A Pregnancy Sign?

hello my name is dawn .... my last period was 7/29/2011 and i had been haveing sex and on the 8/15/2011 i srtarted some implantation bleeding for about a week but i stilll have not got my period for 8/2011 i have took 3 pee test and they all were negatrive so what do u think i should do .. i need help

Hi..if you are having negative urine pregnancy test, don't worry..just get a serum tsh done regarding your irregular menses..take tab tranexa thrice a day for 3 days if your menses/bleeding is heavy..and a polite suggestion to you is better to use a condom during sex the next time or in case not available, you can take an emergency contraceptive pill after having sex ( not regularly)..
