Is Infant With Hard Hit On Head Due To Fall Followed By Vomiting Concerning?

My 9 month old daughter was standing on our bed with us watching her and she was playing with the window furnishings and fell and hit her head on the wall hard. She immediately started to cry and she vomited twice. She had just drank 4 ounces of formula prior to this happening so I think her crying caused her to vomit. She then acted completely normal for about an hour and I just put her down to sleep and she is sleeping soundly. I'm just so worried to go to sleep. Do you think I should take her to the er?

Hi, thank you for writing to Healthcare Magic.
With this presentation, I would suggest you take her to Emergency room doctor. What you have described as "sleeping soundly" could be an altered state of consciousness resulting from head trauma.
I hope I have answered your query
I wish her good health
