Hi

i am 16 , and i wanna ask about Myopia , because i have a Myopia since i was 12 , and i did not wear my glasses On a daily basis , but only when i was in the class , to see the board . before 3 months i went to check my optical , then my right eye was Minus 4 and my left eye was Minus 3.75 , so since that day i used to wear my glasses all the time .

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having myopia of -4 and -3.75 diopters.
This requires correction by the use of spectacles.
This refractive error will not decrease by wearing spectacles. If you wear spectacles regularly chances of further increase are less.
The other treatment options you can consider are contact lenses and refractive laser surgeries like LASIK.

Thank you
