Is Insulin Level 551 Normal?
my blood sugar level is now 551, i am on insuluin. 53 units per day. i taking sterairds start monday, this is thursday. now i am taking 20 units of fast acting insuluin. last taken at 6;30 pm. now at ten it is at 551. should i go to er to get help

Let me say something about your condition.Blood glucose level more han 400 is a dangerous sign... I may lead to some disease called ketoacidosis.... It may ..its not definately lead to....... So only one thing I am going to advice you is go to doc as soon as possible.... You will be treated with fast insulin in Hosp according to your glucose conc.....
