Is Intermittent Feeling Of Being Hit Over Head Normal In Mid-life?he

Hi

1.Can you doctor please tell me whether, at mid-life, experiencing of intermittent feeling 'hit over the head', on the same side as blind eye, due to Toxocara canis linked retinal hemorrage as a young teen, can be explained?

2. Are there any web-based support/discussion groups/blogs etc which may help discuss lifelong affected issues due to T. canis?

3. Any other suggestions, please.

Thank You.

Hello,Welcome to the HCM,
As toxocara canis is larval Parasitical infection ,and if larva migrate to eye they can damage to retina.Intermittent hit over head can be because of vascular changes in eye or brain or just a migraine. My opinion would be get checked by eye specialist and neurologist and discuss further.
You may surf facebook discussion groups for more knowledge regarding your disease..
You may further ask here too if you have any further quiry.
