Is Intermittent Nose Bleeds Normal?

7 or 8 nose bleeds over about a three week time
period. All followed by headaches. Longest bleed lasted a little over 20min and a half dollar sized clot was passed, dizziness and light headedness also. Is this normal or do I need to call my Dr?
