Is It OK To Give Nebulisation With Asthalin To A 11 Months Baby?
my baby is 11months old and my doctor ha given him nebulisation with asthalin because is is suffring from colg an cough for last 1week. how much iit is advicable to put babay on nebulisation for cough and cold?

Asthalin nebulisation is given only if the child is having wheezing problems. Whenever there is cold the cough will be present because of the drainage of the secretions post nasally which will induce cough. Please do consult a good ENT specialist as well and get a thorough check up done to rule out any nasal pathology. Till then you can safely use saline nasal drops 1 drop 3 -4 times/day to reduce the cold.
