Is It STD When There Are Tiny Red Dots On The Penis Head Which Are Painful And There Is Frequent Urination?

Hi Doc,
I have a tiny red dots on my penis head and its kind of irritating and kind of painful. I have seen more 3 days back but slowly it seems reducing. please let me know if I have any sexual transmitted diseases to diagnose. Frequent urination + had small pimples which got burst and the above problem has started from there.

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the Urinary tract infection, and followed by some disease.
The red dots appears to be due to the viral infection, or shanchroid.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
