Is It A Matter Of Concern If Having Transparent Puffiness In Eye?

a week ago I woke up with a bright red spot in my eye. That went away, but now the white of my eye looks kind of bubbly, as if it were separated from what it behind it. So if I look at the corner of my eye, there's sort of a transparent puffiness in my eye. Should I worry about this? It doesn't hurt.
