Is It A Matter Of Concern That The Child Has Sore Teeth, Eyes Dilated After Bumping Onto The Floor?

my three year old son hit his mouth very hard on floor this afternoon - hard enough to leave teeth marks in floor - he cried as one would expect. He then continued to play as normal. He now is acting fine, his teeth are sore as he jumped when he went to bite a soft cookie...but his eyes are both dialated quite a bit. Should I be concerned? Is there anything else i should look for

hi
welcome to HCM
As you have mentioned your 3 year old son hit his mouth on floor.
there is a probability of trauma in teeth which may be the cause of sore teeth.sometime trauma is internal and it doesn't bleed at the time of injury but can hurt afterwards. You should get an OPG xray done to reveal the diagnosis.
Visit some dentist or pedodontist for this.
hope it will help you
thank you
