Is It A Matter Of Concern To Have A Lump, Headache, Slight Burning After Hitting Head?

I was in a car accident tonight, and I hit my head (right on my left eyebrow) on window, a knot formed like 2 minutes afterwards, it's sore and I have a bit of a headAche (not much) and it has a slight burning feel to it every now and then, and my head feels kind of heavy, if that makes any sense!? Should I be concerned? And I have no bruising

Hi, welcome to HCM

Did you have any loss of consciousness ?
any nausea or vomiting ?

its due to localized hematoma formation
you might want to get a CT SCAN done to rule out any internal injury .

from your symptoms I don't think you need to worry much but you might want to try an anti-inflamnatory and analgesic along with an Ice pack application for quickly reducing soft tissue swelling.

Dont think you need to worry but get the scan done to be absolutely sure.
Hope this helps.
