Is It Advisable Zanocin For Urinary Blockage And Burning Sensation?

I am 47 Yrs Male.Suffering from Urinery Blocakage and intermittant burning sensation.Is it advisable Zanocin 200?
In the Urine Culture Test it was found normal,but Total Abdomen usg test indicated post resudual urine deposite in the blader.Please suggest me

Thanks for posting your query .

If Urine culture is normal then no need of Using Zanocin or any antibiotics. Use Urine alkalynating agent like Syrup Citralka 10ml mixed in 1 glass of water 3 times a day for 3-4 days .

The cause for Urinary Blockage has to be found . What did the Scan mentions about Prostate size ? as increase in prostatic size is a common cause of urinary obstruction in male . There are other causes like Bladder stones , Bladder thickening .
If your Prostate size is normal In advise you to get Urinary Bladder Cystoscopy done and revert back to me .
