Is It Advisable To Abort The Pregnancy With Low Fluid And Bulged Kidney I The Fetus?

hello doctor, my friend is 5 months now. Today she went for scanning and it shows that her fluid is very low. The fetus kidney is bulged and organs are not developed properly. They are saying to abort. Is it advisable?

1.Yes, with fetal anomalies any one would suggest the termination.
2.More over your reports is more complicated.
3.In this case continue the pregnancy is not at all advisable.
4.For future please evaluate the cause, get all medical and genetically all tests before getting pregnant.
5.Get a scan done to evaluate the condition of uterus and ovaries which are causative. good luck
