Is It Advisable To Continue Bio-identical Hormone Cream?

I have been using Bio-identical hormone cream for 8+ years without complaint. My new MD will not prescribe it and wants me to start taking Premarin but the cost alone was enough to make me shudder! My Dr. of 38+ years is retiring and I m having trouble finding a doctor who will continue to prescribe the compounded hormone cream. Any suggestions?
