Is It Advisable To Do Gym Exercises And Workouts About 2 Decades After Undergoing Scoliosis Surgery?
Hello sir, I have undergone surgery for scoliosis around 17-19years back nw I m perfectly fine.Nw I m gaining weight so I m planning to go for gym,so is it ok to do exercises for me what type of exercise is more preferable?Does weight gain cause any issues to spinal cord in thi stage
I would recommend avoiding weight gaining and exercises that may cause back pain. Considering surgery of the spine, it is necessary to avoid exercises that may need bending or weight lifting. Weight gaining may be a problem, because the vertebral column holds most of the body weight.
