Yes I had a question. I am in a relationship with someone that I really love, and we ve been dating for over a year. When I was single, I masturbated regularly, sometimes to fall asleep, other times to feel good. Once I got into a relationship, I found it a very hard habit to break. I tried, and tried, but in the end I just kept feeling horny and gave in. Is it a good idea to continue trying to stop masturbating for good (this of course means masturbating outside of my sex life with my partner)? Or would it be unhealthy to change my body s cycle so radically and rapidly? What do you suggest?
