Is It Advisable To Have Sex While Suffering With Typhoid?
Good day. My girlfriend was diagnosed with typhoid 7 days ago. Cefspan was prescribed by her doctor twice a day. This is the anti biotic she is using to fight the typhoid. However, she has had temperature every single day this week. We wanted to know if there is a better anti biotic you could suggest for her. Secondly, we would like to know whether typhoid is at all contagious through intercourse and whether it is even safe or harmful for patient to have intercourse while recovering form typhoid. Antibiotic medicine takes some time to work.
Continue with same medicine and she will get response shortly.
Typhoid is not contagious through sex.
But avoid sex for few days to recover her fully as now there might be having weakness, tiredness and has less mood for sex.
Give her light nourishing diet.
Give her fruit juices, milk.
Ok and take care.
