Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
My opinion is using
cyproheptadine along with dimenhydrinate would increase antimuscarinic side effects such as
blurred vision, dry mouth, heat intolerance, flushing, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping,
constipation, and may also cause
drowsiness, rapid heart beats, confusion, and memory problems.
Imitrex and Ibuprofen combination may be taken for acute attack. But,
Periactin and Dramamine would produce adverse side effects and hence consumption of both is not advisable.
Please also avoid alcohol and tobacco also with those medications.
