There is no better alternative than a balanced, healthy diet to gain weight and be at the best of health. You are advised to take dairy products made of whole milk. Take animal protein, nuts, dry fruits, potatoes and complex carbohydrates like
corn, oats, buckwheat, beans and legumes. Take salmon and oily fishes,
protein supplements, cereals, whole eggs, cheese, etc. Do regular exercises, jogging, running, walking, keep yourself well hydrated with water and fluids (soups, beverage, health drinks).
Stay away from
smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc. Yes, you can take Endura Mass but if you are not taking nutritious food and not doing exercises, once you stop taking Endura mass your weight may again fall.
