Is It Advisable To Take Movacobol NF Injection For Nerve Pain?

I had a dislocation in 1st CMC Joint/ sympathetic Hyperactivity. Had pop for 3 weeks..but now having nerve pain unable to hold stiffly. consulted neurologist. .He had sugested Inj. Movacobol NF. Is is advisable to take that inj. .Wats my actual problem. I m not satisfied with his consultation.

Thanks for your query.Trust your doctor he was absolutely right .neuropathic pains are treated with methylcobalamine.you might have stretched nerve with dislocation .it needs time to heal and take that injection it alleivates your pain.hope this answers your question .feel free to ask.
