Hello,
You should take Primolut-N when you are confirmed that you are not pregnant as it is not safe to be used in
pregnancy. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky
uterus. You will be advised to get USG (Uterus and fallopian tubes) done to detect pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. If you are pregnant you will be managed accordingly but if you are not pregnant and you are trying to conceive, get all required
infertility treatment done for you as well as for your partner.
In the meantime, you will be treated with medicines and given
hormone therapy, so that you have regular periods and hence ovulation. To get pregnant you will have to ovulate and have sexual intercourse during the fertile window. Both the partners should quit
smoking, stop taking alcohol and stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
