Hello,

Please do not garlic in the eye as it is not advisable. You can use lubricating eye drops such as Refresh tears eye drops, 1 drop 4 times a day to reduce the burning sensation..For the monocular diplopia ( double vision) please consult a neuro ophthalmologist.

Regards
