my dermat suggested that i use Sotret 20 mg, but i started getting real painful pimples specially on my chin area and i neva used to get so many pimples. So i discontinued it, but my dermat says i am supposed to complete the course. Please suggest how safe is it to use these tablets, I am really scared to use them now, and is there any permanent remedy for pimples. My pimples arent that extreme.
