Is It Alright To Let The Infant Cry To Sleep After He Is Full And Clean?

Hi,
I'm a mother of 5 years boy and get a new baby 3 months and have 2 different questions:
1- Is it ok to leave my 5 years boy come and sleep in my room ( he says that he walks while sleeping and come to my bed)
2- Is it ok to leave my 3 moths boy crying when he is clean and full.
