Dear sir

Every head injury is an emergency. Which needs immediate attention. Some times it might cause concussion injury which is characterized by internal bleeding and hemorrhage.
As your complaint is painful dent which really needs x ray or ct scan.
Dent might pose injury to brain tissue. Evaluate for sensory and motor deficits

Thanks
