Is It Common To Get Large Lump Like A Roll Of Quarters Under The Incision Area Of Surgery ?

I have a large lump like a roll of quarters directly under the incision. It feels solid. I had my surgery Dec. 4th. I'm really scared that it won't go away and I'll have this bump and strange body shape forever. Is this common ? How long will it take for this to get smaller? Thanks Randi

Please cancel my request. I didn't realize it would cost me money. I'm going to see my doctor on Tuesday.

This could be keloid formation and if this this then it will not reduce in size but will remain as it is certain method are there but they are not cent per cent result oriented and promising you can talk about this with surgeon but before this get it confirm the lesion because the advise given here is based on history given here and the exact nature of lesion may be differ after clinical examination have nice day.
