Type1 diabetes needs insulin treatment al the time. should not miss doses. As the key to treatment for type1 diabetes is 3 faced consisting of diabetic diet, exercise and insulin. The sugars levls if very low, then it shuld be measured, the values consulted for to know the correct insulin dose.
