Is It Good To Use Acnoff Soap For Red Acne, Black Heads, Pimples Leaving Black Scars?
hello. i have an acne problem its basically red acnes and also some black heads. the pimples also leave black scars. my age is 21. one of my friend suggested me for acnoff soap. Is it good for my case will it work. because i have used nutregena acne face wash which has salycilic acid but it dint worked.

I can understand your concern for the pimples a in yourself. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say. You have not mentioned your age, sex and marital status.
You can apply a cream contains Clindamycin gel 1% and adapalene for topical application form. For clindamycin there is no harm in using it but adapalene can cause irritation if not used under dermatological supervision. It contains topical antibiotic gel and oral antibiotic and do not cause any side effects.
For acnoff or any soaps- you can use it as an subsidiary therapy but not as mainstay of treatment. Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time.
