Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

Your discharge associated with pain in lower back, vagina and legs most probably is be due to bacterial infection in your vagina. SOmetimes, this infection can trigger your labour pains also. SO it could be both together. You may see yellowish, greenish discharge also due to passage of meconium from foetus, if baby is in distress, or baby;s presentation is breech. In any of the above condition , it is wise to see your Doctor immediately. I it is due to infection, you need to get immediately Antibiotics. If in case it is due to labour pains, your doctor may decide to do LSCS immediately.
My advise is to see your doctor immediately.
Best wishes,
Dr H Hamdani
