Is It Late To Lower AST Level And To Live Healthy?
I just found out my AST level is 60. I am a 33-year old female, 5'1", about 110 lbs. I told my doctor that it was probably from years of drinking, using Ibuprophen (probably too much) and having the Epstein-Barr virus testing positive at least three times. Is it too late to lower these levels and live a healthy lifestyle again which may or may not include drinking only in social situations?
