Hello, Welcome to HCM, Both the drugs helps in reliving the broncho constriction and improve the symptoms of broncho constriction. Compared to ventolin, Asthalin drug is safer in children aged 2 years. Asthalin effect lost for shorter duration compared to ventolon. Dose of the drug depends upon the age and severity of the symptoms. Use the drug as prescribed by your paediatrician. Hope I have answered your query. Thank you.
