Is It Necessary To Continue Prolia For Bone Density Loss From Anastrozole?

I was placed on Anastrozole over 4 years ago by my oncologist after breast cancer. Then in 2021 she had me take Prolia every 6 months to counteract the bone density loss that I would occur with the Anastrozole. I have been told it is very important to keep this up and on time or my bones would fall apart. I am wondering if this is a necessary procedure to follow or if there is something less dangerous to my health. I need a new prescription of the Anastrozole so I thought I would find out as soon as possible if this is the best course of procedure for me. I am an 81 year old and currently having Covid.
