Is It Necessary To Stay In The ICU For Another 24 Hours After Ingesting Lizol Surface Cleaner?

Hi Doctor How are you I hope you are Well. Actually I need your advice, one of my relative accidently drank Lizol in a good amount. He was in ICU for 24 hours in Lotus hospital with pipes injected in his nostrils to take out the Lizol from his body. It s been 24 hours now however the hospital staff still insists that he needs to be in the ICU for another 24 hours and then will be put in the ward room. Can you please check the following reports and suggest if it is required for him to still be in ICU or we can take discharge and take medications at home . The hospital staff also mentioned that the posion from Lizol has mixed in his blood and hence has to be in ICU for sometime more. I request you if you could suggest what we can do or if we can take medications at home. Please help
