Is It Necessary To Take Antibiotics Before Tooth Extraction?
Hi, My mom is 67 and had her lower teeth scaled (cut below the gums today) and they scheduled her for an appt. on Nov 2 to have 12 upper teeth pulled on the same day. They did not provide an Rx for an antibiotic prior to the Nov. 2 appt. I'm scared she will have a heart attack. Am I over reacting?
