Am I doing the right thing? Thank you
Hi, i had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Your sugar levels show you are a pre-diabetic, and you also have family history of diabetes. this show you at higher risk of getting Diabetes. So what you are doing regarding diet, eating like a diabetic is very good. Small frequent, low carbohydrate, high fibre diet definitely helps you in delaying or preventing diabetes.
Also concentrate on good physical exercises which add on your efforts in delaying diabetes.
