Is It Normal For A Child To Loose The Upper Teeth Prior To The Lower Teeth?

My son will be 4years in 5months and he has started loosing his teeth. the ones that he's loosing now are the two upper middle teeth which makes me a bit worried because I know he is supposed to loose the lower teeth first. Is it normal foe his age to loos teeth and can a child loose the upper tooth first before the lower ones?

Though you may read about what the most common progression is, the reality is that the "baby" teeth can fall out in any order. This is normal, and is no cause for concern.
