hi, i have a question about pregnancy. I just want to ask if it is normal to experience the feeling of sickness in the evening during the first trimester and is it normal if she feels back aching, hardening of abdomen or belly and it is ok to use the efficascent oil?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes the sickness is refered to a hormonal change that causes nausea, vomiting, etc; it is considered normal during pregnancy. The back pain is due to the extra weight experienced due to the growing size of the uterus, but the itching could be due tp the stretching of your skin which should be dealt with by a mositurizing cream and yes, you can use the oil as well.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
