Is It Normal For A Tender, Red Spot To Appear Under The Penis During Puberty?

Hey, I'm 13 and i've got a red spot under my penis. it is about 1cm big. When i poke it, it hurts a tiny bit not enough to cause discomfort. Is this serious? Please can u help. IS this just normal with puberty? I don't want to tell my parents because its to embarrassing :/ Thanks

No there is no spot appears under penis,only size of phallam of penis may increase,hence to consult your Doctor as it may infective or may be any other spot hence pl consult ur dr
