Hi,

Irregular bleeding, increased or decreased bleeding, spotting and even absence of bleeding are some of the known side effects with Lutenyl, which may resolve by themselves within some period. However, if the bleeding becomes prolonged or heavy, then you are advised to see your doctor for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
