Is It Normal For Child To Have BP Of 138/74?

i am a 15 years old boy and i am studying. i am an obese with about 90 kg weight. Yesterday i faced severe headache. my blood pressure was 135/65 and body temp was 97 deg F. today i am fine with no headache but my BP is 138/74 again. my body temp is 97.8 deg F. Pls suggest if there is any health problem.

The blood pressure in an adolescent is consideredas normal or high based on the height of the person.
more than 95 th centile for that height is categorised as high blood pressure
.Readings of 138/74 or 135/74 are definetely on the higher side as even for an adult desirable blood pressure is less than 120/80 and above than 120/80 less than 140 /90 is taken as pre- hypertension, and beyond than that is catogorized as high blood pressure.
Repeated readings at different timings are taken before labeling a patient as having high blood pressure.
I personally advise you to kindly see your doctor .
