Is It Normal For Concussion To Result In Lightheadedness And Tingling Sensation In Skull?
i had a concussion in early Feb as i fell backwards on ice and took a direct blow to the back of the head and had a concussion. i have experienced and tingling around my skull up high about the ears and back and that seems to be going away. i was also having different stages of lightheadedness as at first i couldn't bend down to pet the dog, then that went away and now it is just if i tip my head i feel it a little, and now it is more just i feel like my equilibium is effect for a few minutes. there is no spinning of the room like vertigo though. Ocassionaly i get tingling in right arm and hand a fingers. i noticed that my right side of neck is also sore if i push on it. i am thinking that the lightheadedness is inner ear related and that the tingling down right side could be coming from a little whiplash of right side of neck and a pinched nerver. i was in hopital and cleared all tests for stroke and heart issues, so i would like to get a second opinion but do i go to a ENT for potential therapy on the inner ear for this light headedness or get this neck x-rayed to see if pinch never causing tingling in right arm. neck hurts on right side if i push on it. on the latter thought what kind of doctor for neck---neurologist or orthopedic?/ please advise
