Hi and welcome to HCM.

Your first query:
A normal heart rate during pregnancy is a little higher than the normal heart rate. This is because there is an increased blood flow from the heart. There is an increased breathing rate due to fetal development, this is what causes the heart rate to shoot up.
The presence of a growing fetus in your body is one of the main reasons for the increase in heart beat of your body. In such a case your heart needs to work harder in order to ensure that proper nutrition is available to the growing fetus as well as you. The blood needs to be supplied to the fetus as well in order to nourish it. In such cases, the pumping speed will increase; the electrical signals would increase thus increasing the heart beat rate

Finally. it means increased heart rate is normal in pregnancy (if not associated with diarrhea or dehydration)

Your second query:
It is completely normal to see an empty gestational sac at 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. The yolk sac will not develop until about 5 to 6 weeks in pregnancy.

So dont worry and take prenatal vitamin and follow your doctor advice.

Wish you a healthy baby
