Is It Normal For One Of The Pupils Of The Eye To Be Dilated?

My 19 Year old daughter just called me and told me that one of her pupils is dilated and the other is normal. The only activity she has done is lightly walk on a treadmill. She has not taken any medications or drugs either? Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Slight difference could be normal unless pupillary reflexes are normal. If the difference is more (>2mm), abnormal shape or abnormal reflex( sensory or motor) she needs thorough evaluation.

If there is small difference with out any vision or neurological complaints like headache, double vision etc , worry is small but getting evaluated is advised if it is new and significant change.
