Noted your history of testicles sitting tightly up at the bottom of your penis, the left one very near the base of penis on erection and you are 30 year old male.
This is not definitely normal for the age of 30 years.
These are called retractile testes but they do come down to hang down loosely in the
scrotum.
The most probable reasons are:
- Spams of the Dartos muscle of the skin of the scrotum, contracting the scrotal wall so that the testis can not really hang down and hence appearing near the base of the penis.
- Spams of the muscle of the abdominal wall that continue down as the cremaster muscles
The cause being the atmosphere which may be
cold all the time and causing reflex spasms as discussed above.
I would advise you the following:
- Clinical evaluation of the situation, actual examination by a
General Surgeon or an
Urologist.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and the color doppler examination.
If there is no abnormality, you need a reassurance. 'If there is a problem get it treated surgically.
