Hi,

The possible causes of your bleeding are:
- Though you have undergone cervical laser therapy, as the uterus is intact regular menstrual flow is expected. So at present if you are around the period of menstruation that could be normal menstrual flow.
- Sometimes infection at the area of the cervix or secondary bleeding due to the unplugging of the blood vessels of the cervix can present with bleeding.

So if you're around the period of menstruation and if the bleeding stops as normal menstrual flow, no need to worry. If the bleeding is inter-menstrual and not getting stopped better to get evaluated. By clinical examination and investigations like coagulation profile, pap smear, vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity the possible causes of the problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
