Is It Normal To Experience Difficulty Passing Stool And Mucus-like Discharge After Using A Suppository?

i have been consitpated for the past 3 days so i thought to use a suppository for the first time and when i had after 5-10 minutes i had a bad urge to poop but only a small amount came out along with white stuff that floated which i assume to be the dissolved suppository and i haven’t been able to poop since. only thing that has come out is a thumb sized what i assume to be mucus like substance. i am worried because i experience a vasgovagal reaction to when get very bad bowel pains which happens often when i am constipated. i eat very healthy and i am 23 year old female, please help me as i am freaking over my situation
