Is It Normal To Experience Seizures At Odd Times?

Hi, i'm mr. Serrano residing in the philippines, i've experienced seizures my head is moving involuntarily when i laid flat on my bed i could not sleep in the night, but when stood or sit everything is normal, what do you think is my disease? Thanks and god bless
