Is It Normal To Experience Severe Stomach Ache After Having Spasler-P Syrup?
Hi my 6 yrs old daughter complained of severe stomach ache in the evening all of a sudden she ate half an apple before that and went out to play on swings earlier.i gave her syrup spasler p a tablespoon.now she is not complaining of the pain but she seems sleepy.is that normal?

Side effects of Spasler P include:
- slow and irregular heart beats
- pain in eyes when looking at light
- excessive thirst
- constipation
I was unable to find whether this drug causes sleepiness. However, I located material from the drug's manufacturer that says Spasler P should be used with caution in children.
