Is It Normal To Feel Tired After Receiving A Vitamin B-12 Shot?
Hello, My wife has to get a B-12 shot every month. About two days after getting the shot she becomes really tired. She has been getting the shots for over a year now, but the last couple of times after getting the shot she has gotten tired about two days later, then she gets more energy until a few days before she gets the next shot. Is this normal?

Vitamin B12 shot or any other injection can cause dizziness and tiredness immediately after the injection. Its quite normal and will resolve spontaneously even without treatment. No treatment is required, drink plenty of water and she will be fine in couple of days.
