Is It Normal To Feel Tired, Dizzy And Experience Headaches While Pregnant?
I recently found out that I'm pregnant. I am about 5-6 weeks my pcp said based on my hcg levels in the blood test. I am constantly extremely tired, dizzy and have a headache. I am also never comfortable no matter what temperature I'm in. I'm either extremely hot and sweating or cold and shaking.
Pregnancy affects different ladies differently, some folks do experience tiredness, hypersomnia, an increased tendency to sleep and headache. This is more so if you are not mentally prepared for a baby. Nausea, mood swings and temperature disturbances are other features seen in some pregnant ladies. You have to find out whats best suited for you. Try to take it easy, having a baby is a joy not everyone experiences, and consume plenty of liquids, rest if possible and take iron and folic acid supplements. Visit your doctor regularly, much of these troubles vanish as pregnancy progresses.
